Youth groups were trained and equipped with skills of making liquid soap in Agago District to increase access to hand washing with soap as a preventive measure against Covid-19 pandemic.
The organization also carried out sensitization and awareness in Rwenzori region where it held Ten Radio programmes to sensitize communities on preventive measures against COVID-19.
The organisation conducted Radio Talkshows together with the District Task team, Facilitated DJ mentions and Jinggles on Covid on radios, Supported the district Covid Task team(logistically) in their community outreaches, Conducted mobile Public address on covid in communities.
These activities were carried out in kabarole and Bunyangabu district to support Communities, Decision makers(DLG) and other WASH CSO’s, WASH service providers (Masons, Water vendors).
