We are crucial in helping the government realize its targets of alleviating poverty and achieving the Sustainable Development Goal 6 ‘Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.

The VIP latrine at Kitende C/U Primary School now serves 400+ girls, supporting safer sanitation and menstrual hygiene. Hygiene murals and strong school ownership are helping keep the facility clean and functional.

#MWEworks: The @walkers_uganda were officially flagged off for the 560km Walk for Water, Environment and Climate Change. The walk commenced in Moroto District on 2 March, and will climax in Kampala City on 20 March, 2026.
